Features

The four things no other tool does.

Editing that feels like pointing. A brain you can read. Images in your brand. Reports in plain words.

Editing

Edit like a boss, not like a writer.

Click any paragraph and choose: rewrite it, flag it as false (it re-checks the sources), cut it, expand it — or type exactly what you want instead.

Want to change the whole piece? Tell it once — “shift the angle toward families”, “tighten everything” — and it re-reads the entire article and proposes changes wherever they’re needed.

Everything comes back as old-next-to-new changes you accept or dismiss one by one. Your requests autosave — close the tab, finish on your phone. Unlimited edits, always free.

Experienced paddlers know the river changes character below the falls.

If your kids can sit still for a car ride, they can handle the calm stretch below the falls — here’s how families plan it.

The brain

A brain you can open, read — and erase.

Every idea your worker has ever had lives in the idea bank, with its reasoning and search numbers. Start any of them with one click, or add your own — it never pitches the same thing twice.

Next to it: the lessons it’s learned from your edits, written as plain sentences. Each one shows where it came from and how often it’s been confirmed. Forget any lesson — it never argues. Add your own standing rules by hand.

No other tool learns from your edits — or lets you erase what it learned.

Featured images

Images that look like your site made them.

In Brand style mode, your worker studies the cover images already on your site, writes down the recipe — colors, layout, typography — and generates every future image in that exact house style, with the real title and date rendered in.

Prefer warm editorial imagery instead? Choose Signature. Want none? That’s a setting too. Any image can be regenerated with a one-off instruction — “no diagram in the background.”

app.hivly.com — June report card

“A good month. Six articles now sit on page one. Comparison posts are your strongest pattern — I’d like to write two more. The March gear guide is slipping; I’ve queued a refresh idea for your approval.”

Results

A report card, not a dashboard.

Once a month your worker writes to you in plain words: what ranks, what’s bringing visitors, what it learned, what it wants to refresh. The numbers are there — but you never have to decode a chart.

And it acts on its own reports: fading articles become refresh ideas, winning patterns shape what it writes next.

Also in every plan

Your schedule, your dials

1, 3, or 5 articles a week, on the days you pick. Pause anytime. Choose ideas yourself or let it pick; approve everything or turn on auto-publish.

Standing orders & banned topics

“Always mention we’re family-run.” “Never write about competitors.” Rules it follows on every article, forever.

Your team, on board

Invite people with roles — owner, admin, editor, viewer. Everyone gets notified when something needs them.

Your notes, mined for ideas

Connect a Notion workspace of research or industry notes — your worker reads it and spots timely ideas from what you track.

More sites, one hive

Run a worker per website. Each has its own plan, brain, and reports — all in one honeycomb view.

Honest delivery, always

It never says “live” unless your article is verifiably on your site. Drafts say draft. More on trust →
